The youth from our congregation ventured up the hill to
the mother church for a time together with their youth group. We braved the rains and the torrents of water
running down the streets. I told the youth,
“Pray that we make it or else we’ll have to get out and push the van.”
They enjoyed the opportunity to play, pray and make new
friends. We also took along the youth
leader from the One in Christ church so that she could get some ideas on how to
run her meetings.
